Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier We ship via UPS. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more shipped within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Delays eternalbloom is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, customs (for Canadian orders), or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
